Important Notes

Vacation overlap: Approved vacation from 21 Apr to 2 May (~8 working days) overlaps with mandatory parental leave. These days must be refunded to annual vacation balance. Request rescheduling from HR.
  • Shift optimization: Blocks start at position 3 of the cycle (first working day after 3 days off). Individual blocks: 6/7 working days (85.7%), 12 consecutive days off. Chains of 3: 15/21 (71.4%).
  • Siam Park (5–7 Jun): Falls on shift days off — no leave required.
  • La Graciosa (5–12 Nov): 5–7 Nov shift days off + block 3 (8–14 Nov). Fully covered.
  • Trip with father (TBD): Trip with father (77 years old) to Miami or Peru — destination pending. 2 blocks reserved.
  • Deadline: 17 of the 19 weeks must be used before Luca turns 1 (17 Apr 2027). Japan blocks end Apr 15 — 5 days margin. The 2 additional weeks can be used until he turns 8 (Apr 2034).
